About continuation
My membership number has changed even though I have completed the renewal procedure.
Even after your membership has expired, you can keep your membership number if you are within the grace period.
If your membership number has changed, it may be for the following reasons:
・First loginhas not been completed,I was mistakenly signed up as a new member
- It has been one month since the expiration date (grace period) and you are a new member
・You logged in with an email address different from the one you registered.
Please note that we cannot refund membership fees if you sign up for a new membership by mistake.
