"Club9" and "Heart9" have been renewed at 12:00 on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Due to the renewal, there will be changes in how to continue using the service, so we will inform you about them below.
■About the duration
[Before renewal (until February 29, 2024)]
・Continuation procedures were possible from the 1st of the month before the previous month until the month of expiration.
・If the procedure (=payment) is not completed within the membership expiry date, the membership will be automatically canceled.
Example) Those whose membership expiration date is until March 31, 2024
Continuation procedures are possible from January 1, 2024 to 23:59 on March 31, 2024.
[After renewal (from March 1, 2024)】
・Continuation procedures are possible from the 1st of the month before the previous month until the month of expiration.
・Even after the membership expiration date, you can renew your membership within one month.
>>The membership expiration date has passed. Can I continue the process now?
Example) Those whose membership expiration date is until March 31, 2024
→Continuation procedures are possible from January 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024, 23:59
■About automatic renewal payment timing
For those who joined by credit card payment before the site renewal, the automatic continuation of credit card payment has been suspended or canceled as the payment agency has been changed due to the site renewal.
・With automatic renewal by credit card payment, the annual membership fee was paid on the 1st of the month in which the membership expired.
Example) Those whose membership expiration date is until March 31, 2024
Credit card payment will be finalized on March 1, 2024, and membership will expire on March 31, 2025.
[After renewal (from March 1, 2024)】
・With automatic renewal by credit card payment,"21st to last day of the month in which the membership expires"The annual membership fee will be settled.
*Credit cards that are currently being automatically renewed can be stopped or changed [until the 20th of the month in which the membership expires].
Example) Those whose membership expiration date is until March 31, 2024
Credit card payments will be confirmed between March 21, 2024 and the end of the year, and the membership will expire on March 31, 2025.
