If I change my phone model, can I still use the app?
Please carry out the following procedure from your new smartphone.

1. Download and install the app
2. After installation, log in with the ID you used on your old device.
3. Follow the steps for "SMS authentication" and "identity verification procedure" to verify your identity and then log in again.

To prevent fraudulent use, the app cannot be used on multiple devices. (One person can only use one ID and one device.)
You cannot register telephone numbers such as landlines or IP phones.
You may change your device or reinstall the app up to twice a month.
You may change your registered phone number up to twice a year.
If you exceed the above maximum number of procedures, you will not be able to perform the procedure yourself.
