I can't log in to the app.
To log in to the "Tomohisa Yamashita Official App", you will need your [Plus member ID] or [registered email address].
If you have forgotten your ID or password, please refer to the help information below.
In addition, to prevent fraudulent use of electronic tickets, we ask that each person use the app on one ID and device.
Please log in to the app on the smartphone on which you will receive your e-ticket. (Tablet devices are not accepted)
If you have mistakenly registered twice, please delete the unnecessary "Plus member ID" and try logging in again.
