After I reinstalled the app, I can no longer log in.

In order to prevent unauthorized use of e-tickets, you may onlychange your device and reinstall the apptwice a month.

Please note that if you exceed the limit, you will be required to go through certain procedures and we may check your usage status.

In addition, to prevent fraudulent use of electronic tickets, we ask that each person use the app on one ID and device.
If you have mistakenly registered twice, please cancel the unnecessary ID and try logging in again.
