About the shipment

When will I receive my membership benefits?

For those who joined in March or April 2024, we will begin shipping them out from May 28th.

If you are eligible, please see the information below.

For those joining after May 2024,

We will ship your order around the end of the month following the month of your joining, but it may take up to one and a half to two months.

Please check the shipping status on the "FC NEWS" site.

Please note that the item will be shipped to your registered address, so if there are any changes, please make the necessary changes from your My Page as soon as possible.


【Notes】

*Delivery is only available to members residing in Japan, so we cannot ship to overseas addresses (for overseas Club9 members).

*Please refrain from making individual inquiries regarding benefit details and shipping times.

* If an item has not been delivered or will be re-sent due to an incorrect address, it will only be re-sent if the item has been returned to the secretariat.

* If the item is not returned, we will not be able to resend it.

* Please note that it may take 1 to 3 months to resend the item, including the time required to confirm the return.

*If you have completed your membership before the renewal,a new membership card will not be issued.

You can continue to use the membership cards you have already received from the previous management.
