About the shipment

When will I receive my membership benefits?

We will ship your order within the month following your enrollment month, but it may take a month and a half to two months.

We will ship to your registered address, so if there are any changes, please complete the procedure from MY page as soon as possible.

Please check the shipping status on the "FC NEWS" site.


Please note that delivery is only available to members residing in Japan, so we are unable to ship to overseas addresses (for "Club9" overseas members).
