About various emails

I did not receive a reply email containing the URL for new member registration.

After entering the email address, a "membership registration URL" is displayed.
If you do not receive the email with the subject below, please check the following.

■For those using carrier address
Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from the "plusmember.jp" and "mail.plusmember.jp" domains.
*Please contact your email address provider or mobile carrier for confirmation/setting instructions.

Each mobile company has a high level of anti-spam email measures by default.
As a result, there are many cases where emails are not delivered.
Even if you are not aware of your own anti-spam measures, please be sure to check them.

■For those using docomo address
Please refer to the following website for information on how to check if an email has been marked as spam.

■For those using au address (ezweb.ne.jp/au.com)
If you set "Impersonation Control" to "High", your email may be blocked.
Please set it to "Medium" or lower or cancel the setting.

■For those using Softbank address (softbank.ne.jp/i.softbank.jp)
If your spam filter is set to "strong", your emails may be blocked.
Set to "Standard" or "OFF".

■For those using icloud, free address (gmail/yahoo), or PC address
It may be automatically sorted into your "spam folder" or "promotions" tab.
Please check beyond your inbox.

■Is the capacity exceeded?
You may not be able to receive emails if your mailbox is over capacity or your smartphone is over capacity.

■The email address contains a character string whose use is restricted.
Example) Emails that include a series of dots (.....), a series of symbols (_-_), a dot or symbol (.@) immediately before the at sign, a symbol (-abc) at the beginning, etc. If you are using a different email address, please register again using a different email address.

*The email address below is based on the worldwide Internet communication standard RFC.
(Request for Comments), so it cannot be used in principle.

<Email address that does not comply with RFC>
1. If symbols other than "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", and "/" are included
2. If two or more symbols are used consecutively
3. When symbols are used at the beginning and end (just before @)
Four. If the part before @ is 64 characters or more
Five. If the entire email address is 256 characters or more

■Others
・Please change your settings so that you can receive emails from your PC and emails with URLs.
- If you are sending a blank email instead of manually entering the address, please do not include your automatic signature in the body or title.
・Depending on the mailer or email app you are using, related emails may be displayed together as a thread.

If this does not resolve the issue, please consider registering with another address that can receive emails.
*We recommend registering with a free address such as [gmail.com] or [yahoo.co.jp].
