・Delivery will be made to the registered address as of July 23, 2026 (Thursday).

-The item will be shipped by regular mail (Japan Post), so please check your mailbox.

・It usually takes 3 to 5 days (depending on the region) from the time the product is shipped until it is delivered.

- Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, it may take up to a week for delivery.

*Delivery is only available to addresses in Japan. We cannot ship to overseas addresses (for overseas Club9 members).

We will begin sending them out to members who have been members for five years or more.

Example: For those who joined in June 2021: Items will be shipped in late July 2026.

For those who joined in July 2021: Items will be shipped in late August 2026.

We will ship to your registered address, so please check your address again from MY PAGE.

If you are planning to move, please register your new address as soon as possible or use the relocation and mail forwarding service (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/tenkyo/).

*If you live in an apartment building, please register the building name, room number, etc. without omitting any details.

*If the surname on the nameplate and the registered surname are different, please register [○○ (name on nameplate)-sama] at the end of the address.
