About withdrawal
It was supposed to be an automatic renewal, but I was cancelled.
Automatic withdrawal may occur in the following cases.
▼For credit card payment
Due to reasons such as insufficient balance or expiration date, your registered credit card may be canceled.
If it is determined that payment cannot be made, your membership will be automatically canceled.
*Please contact your credit card company regarding the reason for the payment failure.
*Please note that if one month has passed after the expiration date, or if you use a different email address,your registration will not be carried over and youwill become a new member.
