This is information for those who will be using electronic tickets to attend the World Memorial Hall performance in Hyogo on August 16th.

In order for everyone to enter the venue smoothly and enjoy the performance, please be sure to complete the following before arriving at the venue.

Install the “MOALA Pocket” app and update to the latest version
② Distribution to accompanying persons (only when purchasing 2 or more tickets)

③ Downloading and displaying electronic tickets

*This performance requires advance ticket distribution.
*Crowds are expected on the day of the performance, and depending on the radio wave conditions, there is a risk of communication problems on site. Please be sure to install the "MOALA Pocket" app, distribute tickets, download and view it before coming to the venue.
*Customers who installed the app before January 19, 2023, please update the app to the latest version and download the ticket.

For this performance, you will need to install the dedicated smartphone app "MOALA Pocket" to download electronic tickets, and then download the electronic tickets within the app.
*The app can only be installed on smartphones configured in Japan.

[1] Distribute tickets to your companions
For customers purchasing 2 or more tickets, Before downloading tickets, please be sure to distribute tickets to your companions from Ticket Pia Cloak..
If you try to download two or more tickets at the same time without distributing them, you will not be able to display the tickets.

[2] Install the app
Please install the dedicated smartphone app "MOALA Pocket" in advance.

[3] Download tickets to the app
Please press the "Receive electronic ticket" button on the Ticket Pia Cloak site.
Next, select the ticket you wish to collect and press "Receive with MOALA Ticket".
A receiving URL for downloading tickets will be issued.

When you access the receiving URL,
The app will automatically start, the ticket will be downloaded within the app, and the ticket will be displayed.
*If you are using an iPhone, a confirmation page will be displayed when you access the receiving URL, so please tap "OPEN".
*If the "MOALA Pocket" app is not installed on your smartphone, you will be redirected to the app installation page, so please install the app.

<For those who changed their smartphone model after purchasing a ticket>
If you are changing the model, please return the old smartphone to Ticket Pia Cloak, and then download the ticket again using the new smartphone by following steps 1) to 3) above.
If you do not "return" your old smartphone, you will not be able to download it to your new smartphone.

●Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries such as wanting to charge your smartphone or not being able to download tickets due to communication restrictions.
●If you are unable to download your ticket for any of the reasons listed below, please be sure to bring your ID (*) with you to the Electronic Ticket Inquiry Desk.
・Those who do not have a smartphone (including companions and children)
・Those who are unable to download the app due to the specifications of their device
・For those who are unable to download electronic tickets for some reason.

If you do not have an ID with a photo of your face, we will verify your identity with one of the two items listed below: ID with your name printed on it.

If you have any problems with downloading tickets, including those who have made inquiries in advance, please come to the venue as soon as possible.
Even if you arrive at the last minute, you may not be able to make it in time for the performance depending on the crowd. Please note.
