[1] Distribute tickets to your companions
If you have purchased two or more tickets, please be sure to distribute the tickets to your companions from Ticket Pia Cloak before downloading them.
If you try to download two or more tickets at the same time without distributing them, you will not be able to display the tickets.

[3] Download tickets to the app
Please press the "Receive electronic ticket" button on the Ticket Pia Cloak site.
Next, select the ticket you wish to collect and press "Receive with MOALA Ticket".
A receiving URL for downloading tickets will be issued.

When you access the receiving URL,
The app will automatically start, the ticket will be downloaded within the app, and the ticket will be displayed.
*If you are using an iPhone, a confirmation page will be displayed when you access the receiving URL, so please tap "OPEN".
*If the "MOALA Pocket" app is not installed on your smartphone, you will be redirected to the app installation page, so please install the app.

<For those who changed their smartphone model after purchasing a ticket>

Please note that all tickets for this performance will be entered with electronic tickets using the smartphone app "MOALA Pocket" before purchasing tickets.
However, in consideration of the situation where some customers who have already made a payment are having difficulty downloading electronic tickets due to unavoidable circumstances, we have set up a ``ticket defect counter'' as described below.
*On the day of the event, it is expected that there will be a waiting line at the counter due to congestion.
