We may randomly conduct identity verification upon entry on the day of the performance. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you.

Student ID with photo / Passport / My Number Card with photo / Driver's license / Credit card with photo / Residence card (Foreign resident registration certificate) / Disability certificate with photo
*Unless otherwise stated, no identification documents other than the seven listed above will be accepted. Please be sure to bring one of the seven listed documents with you on the day of the performance.
*Only official identification documents issued in Japan are accepted, other than passports.
*Copies or expired identification documents are not accepted. Please bring the original document.

Notes regarding the performance

■Regarding items brought into the venue
For security reasons, baggage checks will be conducted upon entry to the venue on the day of the performance. Thank you for your understanding.
Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with recording capabilities, recorders, video and other recording devices) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited.
We are unable to store your luggage at the venue, so please leave your suitcases and other belongings in nearby coin lockers beforehand and bring as little luggage as possible with you.
Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.
If any prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of the staff. You will be allowed to enter once it has been confirmed that you do not have any prohibited items.
■Regarding the resale and transfer of tickets
The purchase of tickets for resale purposes is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that tickets are being listed or purchased on auctions, social media, etc., both the seller and the buyer will be denied entry.
Please refrain from reselling or transferring tickets, not only on resale websites but also offline, around the venue. Furthermore, selling or transferring tickets to third parties, including family and friends (even without monetary exchange), is prohibited. If any resale or transfer activity is discovered, regardless of the method or reason, you will be denied entry. Please note that no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other fees if you are denied entry.
The organizers, management, and official ticket vendors will not be held responsible for any problems arising from resale or transfer of tickets under any circumstances.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance comfortably, we ask that you refrain from purchasing or transferring tickets that have been illegally resold.
■Regarding recording, video recording, photography, live streaming, etc.
Bringing photographic or recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with recording functions, recorders, video cameras, etc.) into the venue, taking photographs, recording videos, recording audio, or live streaming (live broadcasting of audio and video) using cameras, mobile phones, etc., is strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of the artists.
Due to the frequent occurrence of unauthorized filming and recording using smartphones and binoculars with camera functions, staff may ask you to check if your smartphone is sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars during the performance. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and store it securely in your bag.
If we find anyone taking photos or making recordings, we will delete the data and ask you to leave immediately.
Please note that even in this case, no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other fees.
Please be aware that any actions that disrupt the work of venue staff may be recorded or photographed in order to maintain order at the venue.
■Others
Tickets won cannot be canceled or changed under any circumstances.
We are unable to answer any inquiries regarding seating arrangements.
・Due to seating location and equipment, the stage, some performances, and artists may be difficult to see, and the sound may be difficult to hear. Refunds or cancellations will not be given for reasons related to seating location or viewing environment, so please understand and acknowledge this before applying.
We do not accept refunds, complaints, or seat changes under any circumstances.
Please note that the performance date, opening/starting times, performers, and performance content may be subject to change without notice. In such cases, we will not be able to refund ticket prices or other fees.
・In case of inclement weather, the performance may be canceled or the content may be changed.
Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue will be the responsibility of each individual.
If you lose or forget your ticket, you will not be admitted for any reason. Tickets cannot be reissued, so please be very careful.
• On the day of the performance, cameras will be present for video and photography. Please be aware that you may appear in the photos and videos.
We are unable to accept any gifts or presents for the artists.
Any planned activities by audience members within the venue or during the performance are prohibited, as they may interfere with the operation and production of the performance.
Waiting outside venues before or after performances is prohibited.

・In order to accurately verify and select ticket winners, we will provide fan club member information to the ticket sales company, Lawson Entertainment, Inc.
The member information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
