The premiere screening of the film "Honest Real Estate," which will be released on May 15th (Friday), will be held at the following date and time.
We will invite members of Club9 by lottery!
If you are interested, please read the following information and notes carefully before applying.
We will select participants by lottery from among those who apply.
【Application Requirements】

Thursday, April 30, 2026, show starts at 18:30 (scheduled)
*The main feature will be screened after the stage greetings.
■Main feature running time
2 hours
We are planning a stage greeting by the cast and staff.

■ Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be 13 years of age or older by the day of the viewing and reside in Japan.
If there are many applicants, we will hold a lottery to select the winners from among those who applied.
Winners will be notified by email after April 7th (Tuesday).
Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding whether you have been selected or not.

The premiere screening of the film "Honest Real Estate" (hereinafter referred to as "this event") is hosted by Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.
Please do not apply for this event with the intention of reselling or transferring your right to participate (hereinafter referred to as "participation right"), nor will you resell or transfer your participation right. If any fraudulent use of participation right is discovered, you will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
Those involved in the project are not eligible to apply.
Winners will not be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be chosen by lottery from among those who applied within the specified period.
• We will verify the identity of the winners at the event venue. Please read the following instructions and only apply if you have a valid photo ID.
Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID with you on the day of the event. We will verify your identity using your photo and current address. Please note that if the photo you present is significantly different from the actual winner, you may be denied entry.

・Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries (including entries from other media related to this event), entries from someone other than yourself, entries under someone else's name, or any other entries deemed fraudulent will result in the invalidation of all entries and participation rights.
Winners will be notified directly.
・We cannot accept any changes to the information you enter after your application is complete or after the winners have been determined. Please enter accurate information of the person who will definitely be able to attend on the day.
Bringing cheering goods or similar items into the event venue is prohibited.
Due to the nature of this event, entry and exit to the event venue, as well as the use of restrooms, may be restricted.
Under no circumstances will you be admitted to the event venue if you do not arrive by the designated registration time.
- Taking photos or videos (including with mobile phones and smartphones) or making audio recordings within the event venue is strictly prohibited. On the day of the event, baggage checks may be conducted if deemed necessary by the event organizers.
• Filming by media outlets and recording by the event organizers may take place within the event venue for the following purposes and uses. By entering the event venue, you are deemed to have consented to the use of your image in these recordings. Please be aware of this in advance.
● Broadcast and publication on television, magazines, websites, official social media accounts, etc.
● Recording of this event will be included in products that will be sold at a later date.
● Interviews and filming of post-event reactions around the event venue.
● Some of the photographs and videos taken will be edited and broadcast or posted on television, websites, official social media accounts, etc.
The details of this event (speakers, schedule, venue, etc.) and the application period may be changed without notice due to various circumstances.
・Transportation costs to the event venue, accommodation expenses, etc. will be the responsibility of the winner.
This event may be canceled due to weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, or other reasons at the discretion of the event organizers. In such cases, transportation and accommodation expenses will not be compensated, and no alternative event will be held. Please understand this in advance.
Internet connection fees and communication charges will be the responsibility of the applicant.
