Regarding the new membership benefit "membership card" for those who join between January 1st (Thursday, national holiday) and January 31st (Sunday), 2026,
We sincerely apologize for the time it took to ship your order.
We will begin shipping the products sequentially from Monday, March 2, 2026.

▼About shipping

・Delivery will be to the address registered as of Friday, February 13, 2026.

-The item will be shipped by regular mail (Japan Post), so please check your mailbox.

・It usually takes 3 to 5 days (depending on the region) from the time the product is shipped until it is delivered.

- Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, it may take up to a week for delivery.

*Delivery is only available to addresses in Japan. We cannot ship to overseas addresses (for overseas Club9 members).


▼ Regarding inquiries regarding undelivered packages

Shipments will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026.

If you have not received your package within a week, please check the following and contact us.

*This offer is only available to new members who join in January 2026.

*If an item has not been delivered or will be re-sent due to an incorrect address, it will only be re-sent if the item has been returned to the secretariat.

*If the item is not returned, we will not be able to resend it.

*Please note that it may take 1 to 3 months to resend the item, including the time required to confirm the return.

*Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries about items shipped before the renewal as the inquiry period has ended.

*If you have completed your membership before the renewal, a new membership card will not be issued.

You can continue to use the membership cards you have already received from the previous management.

Shipment is scheduled for late March 2026 or later.

We will ship to your registered address, so please check your address again from MY PAGE.

If you are planning to move, please register your new address as soon as possible or use the relocation and mail forwarding service (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/tenkyo/).

*If you live in an apartment building, please register the building name, room number, etc. without omitting any details.

*If the surname on the nameplate and the registered surname are different, please register [○○ (name on nameplate)-sama] at the end of the address.

We will notify you again once the shipment is complete.
