[For former Heart9 members and residents of Japan] Information regarding membership cards

"Club9" and "Heart9" have been renewed at 12:00 on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Due to the renewal, the fan club was unified to "Club9"
In order to avoid duplicate membership numbers, we are adding "9" to the end of the membership number of former "Heart9" members.
Originally, the old "Heart9" was a site for overseas members, so we did not issue or ship membership cards.
However, if you are a former "Heart9" member and have registered your country/region as "Japan", you will be able to issue a membership card with a new membership number with "9" added to the end of your membership number.
Therefore, membership cards will only be issued to those who are eligible and apply during the period mentioned above.
If you would like to be issued a membership card (with "9" added to the end), please apply by clicking the link below and filling out the application form.
Please note that a membership card issuance fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) + bank transfer fee will be charged.(Customer's responsibility)。
Applicants will receive a transfer instruction email around the beginning of June.
