Yamashita Tomohisa, who will be celebrating his 30th anniversary in the entertainment industry next year, has released his first single in a year and a half!
He produced and wrote the lyrics himself. The title "The Artist" conveys the message that the indelible memories he has of his girlfriend are like tattoos, and that the girl who created them is like an artist to him.
The music was provided by world-renowned music producer Pdogg.
They are known for producing numerous global hits, including BTS' debut song "No More Dream," as well as "DNA," "FAKE LOVE," "IDOL," and "Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey)."
