山下智久主演のNHKドラマ『正直不動産スペシャル』の放送日が2024年1月3日（水）21:00～22:30に決定しました。
そして、その翌週の1月9日（火）22:00スタートで『正直不動産2』（全10話）の放送が決定しました。
放送決定にあたり、山下智久がコメントを寄せています。

NHK drama “Shojiki Fudosan Special” starring Tomohisa Yamashita has been set to air on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from 21:00 to 22:30.
The following week, “Shojiki Fudosan 2” (10 episodes) will be broadcast on January 9 (Tue.) at 22:00.
Tomohisa Yamashita commented on the decision to air the drama.
Following the special, the drama “Shojiki Fudosan 2” has been decided. Thanks to everyone’s support, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet you all again as Nagase. This time, as is typical of Shojiki Fudosan, we will not only present a comedy, but also a touching story. Not only to be moved but also to learn.
