- 公演終演の30分後まで販売予定です。
- 上記に記載しました時間より早くからのお並びにならない様ご協力お願い致します。
- 一部の方ではありますが、上記記載の時間より早く並んだり、勝手に列を作ったり、荷物での場所取り、割り込みはご遠慮下さい。必ず、係員の指示に従って下さいます様お願い致します。
- 又、上記の様な行動は、近隣へのご迷惑になりますので、徹夜や始発での待機はご遠慮ください。
- 暑い日が続いています。又、台風の影響で天候も不安定です。万全な体勢でお並びください

- 不良品以外の返品・交換は列を離れた後はできません。ご購入の商品・サイズ・数量は必ず売り場窓口でご確認のうえ、お買い求めください。
- 不良品の交換は当日購入されたレシートをお持ちの方のみ対応をさせていただきます。レシートは無くさずお持ち下さい。
- Club9 storeのEC販売でご購入いただいた商品につきまして、会場での不良交換対応はできません。必ずClub9のサイトからお問合せください。
- 待機列にはグッズをご購入されるお客様のみお並びいただけますようお願い申し上げます。お会計は、お一人様ずつの対応となります。
- お買い物袋のご用意はございません。お持ち帰り用の袋などはご持参ください。
- 当日の天候や他やむ得ない事情がある場合、販売時間を当日、変更する場合があり得ます。
- 商品の在庫は各公演ごとに管理しています。万が一完売となった場合、その公演での再販はございません。あらかじめご了承ください。

Details of the venue goods sales for “TOMOHISA YAMASHITA ARENA TOUR 2023 -Sweet Vision-” starting from August 11 (Fri) for the Aichi and Hyogo shows have been determined.
Details for the Kanagawa show will be announced at a later date.
Waiting in line and sales start time
Notes
- Lines will be formed one hour prior to the sales time.
- Please refrain from standing in line more than one hour before the sales time.
- We plan to sell the goods until 30 minutes after the end of the show.
- Under no circumstances will voluntary queuing by other customers be considered invalid.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.
- Please refrain from staying up all night or waiting for the first train to arrive at the venue, as it may cause disturbances in the neighborhood.
- Please be prepared for the weather and temperature, and line up in good physical condition.
- Please be aware that crowds are expected before the doors open, so we ask for your cooperation in coming early.
- Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges other than for defective items. Please be sure to confirm the product, size, and quantity you are purchasing at the sales counter before making your purchase.
- Only those who have the receipt of the purchase on the day of purchase will be able to exchange defective items.
- Items purchased through the Club9 store’s EC sales cannot be exchanged for defective items at the venue. Please contact us through the Club9 website.
- No shopping bags will be provided. Please bring your own bag to take home.
- Sales hours are subject to change without notice depending on conditions on the day of the event.
- Product inventory is managed for each show. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out, it will not be available again for that show. Please understand this in advance.

Credit cards other than those in the name of the cardholder cannot be used.
Cards without signatures, and cards with signatures that differ from the signature on the sales slip and the signature on the card cannot be accepted.
