ペンライトに関するお問合せ
ペンライトはボタンを長押しするとライトが点灯し、その後にボタンを押すと色が変化します。ペンライトを受け取られたお客様から「ボタンを押したが点灯しない」というお問合せが増えておりますがお問合せの前に、今一度ボタンを長押ししてご確認をお願いたします。

Inquiries about penlights
The penlight turns on when the button is pressed and held, and changes color when the button is pressed again. We have received an increasing number of inquiries from customers who have received penlights that the light does not turn on when the button is pressed. Please be sure to press and hold the button to check before contacting us.
Summer Holidays
Club9 and Heart9 will be closed to respond to inquiries during the following period. Please send urgent inquiries before the holiday period. Last minute inquiries may not receive a reply in time, so please allow plenty of time to respond to your inquiry.
