※全てについてコピーは不可です。有効期限内の現物をご持参ください。（1） パスポート
（2） 運転免許証／国際運転免許証
（3） 写真付き公的免許証（船舶・航空・建築士 他）
（4） 住民基本台帳カード
（5） 身体障害者手帳
（6） 在留カードまたは特別永住者証明書
（7） マイナンバーカード（通知カードは不可）
（8） 福祉手帳
（9） 写真入り保険証
（10）写真入り学生証
（11）療育手帳- 上記以外に公的身分証と思われるものをお持ちの方は公演2日前までにチケプラカスタマーサポートにご連絡ください。
- ※マイナンバーカードを身分証明書として利用される際は、表面(写真のある方)のみをご提示ください。裏面(個人番号が印字された面)を提示されないようご注意ください。
なお、本人確認の際に、個人番号カード（マイナンバーカード）の裏面を見ることはありません。 - ※マイナンバー（個人番号）の通知カード(個人番号が印字された写真のない紙のカード)は身分証明書として使用できません。
- ※19歳以上の方の学生証は顔写真付きであっても、認められませんのでご注意ください。
- ※学生証／保険証で顔写真付きでないものをお持ちの方は＜顔写真付きのものをお持ちでない場合＞をご覧ください。
- ※ご本人確認書類に関し、コピー／手書き／期限切れ／使用不可の細工が施されているものは不可となりますのでご了承ください。

■公的証明書を【2点】お持ちください
＜公的証明書にあたるもの＞
保険証、住民票、戸籍謄本、戸籍抄本、印鑑登録証明書、年金手帳- ※公的証明書はいずれも、公的に発行された状態のままお持ちください。
また住民票、戸籍謄本、戸籍抄本については発行後半年以内が有効となります。
■公的証明書【1点】と名前が印字されている書類を【1点以上】をお持ちください
- ※公的証明書1点だけではご入場できません
＜名前が印字されている物にあたるもの＞
社員証、顔写真の無い学生証、クレジットカード、キャッシュカード
※公共料金請求書（電気/水道等）や、各種郵便物は、名前が印字されたものであっても無効となります。×身分証明書として認められないもの
上記のコピー、手書き、有効期限切れのもの、各種ポイントカード、電気、水道、ガス等公共料金の請求書・各種郵便物の類
健康保険証の貸し借りは法律で禁止されております。細工、偽造した身分証明書の使用は全て犯罪行為です。
