  • *Please note that if you register close to the application deadline, you may not be able to complete the application process in time. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.
  • *You must maintain your "Club9" membership until the day of the performance.

※ご入場の際は、メールでお送りするQRコード付き電子チケットをスマートフォンでご提示ください。
※スクリーンショットや印刷したチケットではご入場いただけない場合がございますので、当日は電子チケットを表示できる状態でご来場ください。
※当日会場にてご本人確認をさせていただく場合がございます。原則パスポートでのご本人確認をさせていただきます。

About reception

  • ●Applications will be accepted by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply within the specified period.
  • ●Applications are limited to "up to 4 tickets per performance".
  • ● You can select multiple seat types in order of preference with a single application. You will not be selected for the same performance on the same date and time.
  • ●Please note that if we receive a large number of applications, we may not be able to provide you with tickets as a result of the lottery.
  • ●Tickets for performances you have been selected for cannot be canceled. Please be sure to apply for performances you can attend.
  • ●If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to apply depending on your browser. In that case, please try using Google Chrome.
  • ●We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the lottery, or regarding the assigned numbers and seating arrangements.
  • ●If you wish to cancel your application, you can do so yourself through "Ticket Application History" in My Page, but only within the application period.

  • ●If you are registered with a fan club using credit card payment, please be sure to check that your registered card information (card number and expiration date) is correct.
    Please note that if your registered card information is not up-to-date, your membership may be unintentionally terminated, and you may not meet the application requirements for the fan club member pre-sale, resulting in you being excluded from the lottery.
  • ●Please be aware that we may provide your personal information to government agencies, local authorities, etc., upon request. The information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
  • ●Performance dates and opening/start times are subject to change without notice.
  • ●In case of inclement weather, the performance may be canceled or the content may be changed. If the performance is held, we will not be able to issue refunds even if you are unable to attend due to natural disasters or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Important points regarding the day

  • ●Please note that if you cancel your fan club membership between the time you apply for tickets and the day of the performance, your reservation may become invalid.
  • ●Please refrain from contacting the venue.
  • ● Images of audience members during the live performance may be broadcast on television, streamed online, etc.
  • ●Please be aware that video and photographs of the venue, including the audience, may be made public.
  • ●Please note that we will not reissue tickets in the event of loss or theft of your smartphone.
  • ● Refunds will not be issued except in cases of cancellation of the performance due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
  • ●Taking photos or recording audio or video during the performance using cameras, recording devices, mobile phones, smartphones, or portable game consoles is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave immediately. Any photos or recordings taken will be deleted on the spot.
  • ●Please refrain from any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers.
  • ●If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
  • ● Waiting for performers before or after the performance is strictly prohibited.
  • ●Gifts and fan letters will not be accepted on the day.
  • ●Please note that if you do not follow the above precautions and are denied entry, no refunds will be given.
